About Marvin

Marvin has been with Bwami Coffee since he was 18 years old. He has grown through the ranks to become our Operations Director, in charge of New Business Development, Plantation Management of our Ssekanyonyi coffee farm and Account Management for some of our largest buyers. He is the guy behind all the numbers and charts at Bwami. He brings a wealth of experience to our Team.
Experience
Marvin together with Fresian, meticulously manage our coffee plantation in Ssekanyonyi. Marvin is in charge of coffee production at Ssekanyonyi and oversees the pulping process as well as quality control for Bwami Coffee.
Marvin is in charge of overseeing the coffee roasting and grinding operations at our roasters in Bugolobi. He manages the branding and packing of our coffee.
Marvin is in charge of the pulping process that produces our honey processed Robusta coffee from both the Ssekanyonyi and Kijjukira plantations. He is also entrusted with quality control.
