Fresian is our Plantation Manager at the Bwami Coffee plantation in Ssekanyonyi, Mityana UGANDA. Fresian oversees the day to day operations of our coffee plantation in Ssekanyonyi. He is in charge of personnel recruitment at the farm, coffee picking, coffee drying, coffee storage, weeds & pests management as well as transfer of dried coffee to our central processing facility in Kasanda.

Fresian is our go to person for all coffee plantation activities at the Ssekanyonyi coffee plantation. He ensures the smooth scheduling of all activities at the farm. He is a very amiable, hardworking and trustworthy member of our Bwami Coffee Team.
Picking red coffee cherries is a very key aspect of the Bwami Coffee quality that we’re renowned for. Fresian is in charge our hiring our coffee pickers and supervising the coffee picking process to make sure that only red coffee berries are picked.
When red coffee berries are picked in order to ensure great quality, must be dried on raised coffee drying stands or coffee drying tarpaulins. Fresian oversees the coffee drying and storage processes at our Ssekanyonyi plantation. We’re extremely proud of the wonderful job that he does for us towards the smooth running of all operations at the Ssekanyonyi plantation.
