Coffee
We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our coffee. All orders go through a stringent quality control process. With this in mind, we don’t typically offer refunds for change of mind or because something isn’t to your taste. However, if there is a quality issue we will make it right. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact our team immediately at orders@bwamicoffee.com
It’s ok to change your mind
If you no longer want your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will need to pay for and arrange return of the goods. Refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect condition, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.
We can’t be held responsible for any transit problems on goods coming back to us, so it’s a good idea to require proof of delivery for any returned orders.
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If your order is incorrect or damaged then Bwami Coffee will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us by email at orders@bwamicoffee.com as soon as you realise. Please retain all packaging and we will advise on best way to replace or refund.
